Quick, Healthy, and Delicious Dumpling Soup

Remember last week when I posted the Recipe for Delicious (and easy) Potstickers that I learned in my healthy Asian cooking class? Well this week I have the perfect dumpling soup that you can make using any of your uncooked potstickers (or the batch you froze for later). Potstickers and dumplings both use the same recipe but the difference between the two is all in the cooking; potstickers are fried or steamed while dumplings are boiled.

Ingredients:
4 cups of water
1 Tbsp Braggs Aminos (healthy soy sauce)
1 tsp sea salt
2 cloves fresh garlic
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 green onion
1 whisked egg
Aprox. 10 dumplings

Cook with dumplings
Directions:
Boil the water with the garlic, Braggs, pepper, and sea salt. When the water starts to boil, add your dumplings. While they are cooking, whisk your egg along with your chopped green onion. When the dumplings rise to the surface, add the green onions and egg mixture then remove from heat.

mix ingredients
This is the perfect soup to throw together last minute if you already have the potstickers on hand as it only took about 15 minutes. If you would like you can print the recipe for this Quick, Healthy, and Delicious Dumpling Soup here. Let me know if you give it a try!

Enjoy!
