Although the gallery uses various colors and size of frames, the pictures all tie together beautifully. It would be easy to execute a look similar to this in your own home with a little thrifting. To keep it from looking like a hodge-podged mess, you could spray paint all the frames the same color or use a universal colored mat (like they did in this entryway).
