Now this may be a little silly, but it was seriously life changing for me.. so how could I not share!? I love almond butter but I’m so irritated when I have to stir it every time I open it because there’s a thick layer of oil sitting on the top (that “no stir” label is a flat out lie I tell you!!) So when I tried this little tip, it changed me life forever.
Store the jar upside down. Yeah, it’s that simple. The oil floats to the top (in this case the bottom of the jar) so the oil is evenly distributed and all you have is creamy deliciousness when you open it, plus the almond butter isn’t dried out once you get to the bottom. This works for similar products like peanut butter, Nutella, and Trader Joe’s dangerous Cookie Butter (nom!). Give it a try, your life will be changed FOR-EV-ER!
