I haven’t done a “Friday Favorites” post in awhile (actually I haven’t blogged in awhile.. big life changes.. updates to come) but these are some of my favorite posts because every week I see so much great stuff that it’s nice for me to narrow down what has been the best of the best for the week. Without further ado, here are my favorites for this week..
Favorite DIY:
I’m all for upcycling something if possible, especially when it has great bones and this chair reno is no exception. I love how unconventional the artist was with the studded frame and neon pink feet. Keeping the original wood grain was a smart way to keep the crazy colors in check.
Favorite Shop:
I found this online shop from the UK called “Lvndr” which sells really beautiful jewelry and hair accessories at a crazy affordable price. For example, these amethyst pendants are only $22.00 a pop!
Favorite Hair Style / Time Saver:
This little beauty claims it would take 2 minutes.. then again everything on Pinterest looks easy until you actually try it.. Update: I gave it a shot.. with longer hair you have to wrap the braid around twice before tucking. Looks cute but needs lots of bobby pins!
Favorite Fashion:
Call me a crazy bulldog lady but I think this top from Anthropologie is adorable. Yes it’s technically called the “Pug Tee” but I swear that’s Rosie with her little flower crown on. Since everyone else finds it so hideous, I’m waiting til a super sale on it haha
Favorite Packaging:
Who doesn’t love a good polka dot, obvi I do. This mix of colors with the gold polka dots is fantastic. I would be happy if someone gave me just these boxes as a gift with nothing inside! It’s the little details that count 🙂
