Healthy and Delicious Asian Salad Dressing

I was looking through all my recipes yesterday and found my recipes from the healthy Asian cooking class I took with my mom and realized I forgot to share this easy and yummy Asian salad dressing recipe with you! This salad dressing would be the perfect side dish to my Potstickers or Dumpling Soup recipes. It has a sweetness from the agave with a little kick of ginger and cayenne to spice up your boring and bland salads.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup EVOO
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s (natural soy sauce replacement)
1/4 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp agave (or honey)
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and chill before serving.
This is such an easy recipe to make and is a unique spin on a classic vinaigrette. It can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for 2+ months. Let me know if you give it a try!
